US Carbon Dioxide Emissions Up 0.7% in 2014

Yesterday the EIA released the U.S. CO2 emissions for December 2014. For the year, US emissions were up 0.7%.

That's in a world were year over year emissions were flat, and China's decreased by 2%. We're not even keeping up with the average.

CO2'emssions from the ENERGY sector were flat, not net emissions from all sectors.. I'm waiting for NOAA's AGGI report. Hard to come to any conclusions without a full picture, and one year is hardly a trend. Still, it is a bit encouraging.

Yes, from the energy sector.... That doesn't include land changes, but what other sectors do you think are missing?
